I like small plates. I like eating. Therefore I like eating off of small plates…..
I am what they call a grazer, basically someone who eats little bits all day long. I am really not a fan of big meals, and I get sick of large portions of things, so I prefer to snack all day. I have been this way my entire life. I think it comes from being indecisive. I just don’t want to settle for one big thing, I like variety……
A little yogurt and fruit for breakfast
Some veggies and hummus and 1/2 sandwich for lunch
1/2 sandwich; sometimes turkey, sometimes PB
Some fruit and protein for a snack
Some chips or crackers, granola bar, or trail mix depending on how late dinner will be
Whatever suites my fancy for dinner; often salmon, veggies, and toasty bread OR soup, OR turkey burgers.... basically some lean protein, veggies, and a starch.
Then comes a cookie or two "hello sweet tooth"

I always have to have a snack before bed. Generally some bread or fruit w/ PB or a bowl of cereal.
Do you graze or do you prefer the 3 square meals a day?
